This Usage Policy (also "Acceptable Use Policy") applies to everyone who uses Aurixel, including through API keys and any resellers or passthrough access. You must also comply with applicable law and with the usage policies of the upstream model providers whose models you call. We may use automated and manual review to enforce this policy, and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access — and block, filter, or modify inputs or outputs — for violations.
Do not use the service to engage in, promote, or facilitate illegal activity — including controlled-substance transactions, human trafficking, fraud, intellectual-property infringement, or any other conduct prohibited by applicable law.
Do not use the service to design, develop, or acquire weapons (including nuclear, biological, chemical, radiological, or conventional weapons), or to harm, disrupt, or attack critical infrastructure such as energy, telecommunications, healthcare, transportation, financial, or election systems.
Do not use the service to create malware, ransomware, exploits, denial-of-service or botnet tools, to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or to bypass security or safety controls.
Never use the service to create, obtain, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualizes, grooms, exploits, or endangers minors. We report and act on such activity without exception.
Do not use the service to incite or glorify violence or terrorism, to promote hatred or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics, or to harass, stalk, bully, threaten, or dehumanize individuals or groups.
Do not use the service to collect, use, or expose personal, biometric, or sensitive data without consent, to build facial-recognition or surveillance systems that identify people without authorization, or to dox or otherwise violate others’ privacy or publicity rights.
Do not use the service for scams, phishing, spam, impersonation, or academic/professional dishonesty, or to generate deceptive content or misinformation that causes public, health, or civic harm, including content intended to interfere with elections or democratic processes.
Do not use the service to promote or encourage self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating, or to generate content intended to cause psychological or emotional harm.
AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for qualified professional advice (such as medical, legal, or financial advice). For high-stakes decisions, keep a qualified human in the loop, and do not present AI output as professional advice without appropriate review.
Do not probe, scan, or attack Aurixel's systems; do not circumvent rate limits, billing, or safety controls; and do not resell or redistribute access in violation of our Terms.
