By creating an account or using Aurixel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Aurixel is not directed to, and is not available to, users located in mainland China, or in any other country or region where the service or the underlying third-party AI providers do not permit access. By creating an account or using the service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, a resident of, or accessing the service from any such restricted region, and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you. We may detect your approximate location and decline, restrict, suspend, or terminate access that we determine originates from a restricted region. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
Aurixel is an OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible AI API gateway. It provides programmatic access to third-party AI models (chat, image, and audio) through one unified API. Requests are relayed to upstream model providers that fulfill them.
You retain all rights to the inputs you submit, and you own the outputs generated from them. Aurixel does not claim ownership of your content and does not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models. Your request and response content is relayed to the upstream provider only to generate a response and is not retained by us (see our Privacy Policy).
Your API key is a secret credential. You are responsible for keeping it confidential and for all activity that occurs under your key and account. Notify us promptly if you believe your key has been compromised.
The service runs on prepaid credits (a balance), consumed by metered usage. Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable under any circumstances — including where access is later restricted, suspended, or terminated for geographic, compliance, abuse, or any other reason. Where a refund is granted at our sole discretion, it is limited to the unused, remaining balance; promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable. Prices and metering rates may change, and changes apply to usage after they take effect.
You agree to comply with applicable law and with the usage policies of the underlying model providers whose models you call. You must not use the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. Aurixel may suspend or limit accounts engaged in abuse.
The models are operated by upstream third-party providers. Their availability, capabilities, and pricing may change, and your use of them is also subject to those providers’ policies. We are not responsible for the model providers’ own services.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose, and are not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurixel’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
