Aurixel is an OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible AI API gateway that gives you programmatic access to third-party AI models (chat, image, and audio) through one unified API, on a prepaid credit basis. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the data we deliberately do not store.
Account information — your email address. Usage metadata — model name, token counts, timestamps, and the client IP address of each request. Payment records — order and status information; payments themselves are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store full card details.
Aurixel does not store the content of your prompts or the models' outputs. API requests are relayed to the upstream third-party model providers that fulfill them, and the request and response bodies are not retained by Aurixel. We do not use your content to train AI models. We keep only the usage metadata described above for billing and operations.
To provide and operate the service, route your requests to the right model, meter and bill usage against your prepaid balance, secure the platform against abuse, and contact you about your account when necessary.
We share what is necessary with two kinds of third parties: upstream AI model providers, which receive your request in order to generate a response, and payment processors, which handle your payment. We do not sell your personal data.
Because the upstream model providers and payment processors Aurixel relies on operate internationally, your request data and payment information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions other than your own, including outside Hong Kong. We share only what is necessary to provide the service.
Account, usage metadata, and payment records are kept for as long as your account is active and as needed for billing, security, and legal obligations. Prompt and output content is not retained, as described above.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Your API key is a secret credential — keep it private. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use your browser's local and session storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as theme and language. These are functional only — we do not use them for cross-site advertising or third-party tracking.
You may access or update your account information, request deletion of your account, or ask questions about your data by contacting us. Some records (such as payment history) may need to be retained where required by law.
Aurixel is intended for developers and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.
